BREAKING: Emergency respond to dog and person in pond

A dog fell in the pond and it’s owner jumped in to get him out while another called 911 prior. EMS/Fire got there about 10min after the owner and dog had made it out.

N County Rd 25, Fostoria, OH 44830As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency response units from multiple fire departments were dispatched to near County Road 25 in Fostoria for a possible water rescue involving a dog and a family member in a pond. Crews from Fostoria and Kansas Fire responded with several vehicles. The dog was safely removed from the water, and responders checked on a family member who had also been in the pond. The incident concluded with units returning to service.
