A Fostoria man was killed in a crash at an I-75 off-ramp in Findlay on Friday night.

FINDLAY, Ohio (TFFP) — A Fostoria man was killed in a crash at an I-75 off-ramp in Findlay on Friday night.

Clarance Bethel II, 45, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which happened just after 9:30 p.m. at the northbound ramp to I-75 at Trenton Avenue. Findlay police said Bethel and Eric Stuber, 40, of Leipsic, were stopped at a traffic light when a vehicle driven by Kalid Abdulaziz Abukar, 40, of Michigan, approached the exit ramp at a high rate of speed, lost control, and struck both Bethel’s and Stuber’s vehicles. Abukar was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Stuber was evaluated at the scene.

Police said the investigation is ongoing, and charges will be submitted at its conclusion.
