Politicians lie, and we all know it, Democrat, Republican, independent, red or blue, donkey or elephant, all politicians lie.
And in the politicians mind it may be a justified lie. And many people may agree that it’s justified, but it is still a lie.
Didn’t your parents teach you better than that. Doesn’t the holy book say that that is one of the top 10 rules we are supposed to follow? You remember the commandments don’t you?
As citizens of this country we admit to knowing that politicians lie, yet a large number of us still follow every lie, and spread that same lie, for reasons unknown.
Over the last few years, as far back as President Clinton, I’ve come to notice that the majority of those lies, scandals, cover ups, and downright malicious falsehoods, all seem to be coming from one side of the political spectrum, or at least the majority of them do.
Politicians love to use anything they can to smear and degradate their opponents on the political stage, regardless of whether that is something that has happened in their private life many years ago, or just yesterday. I don’t believe that information about someone’s life, their personal life, should be used in that fashion.
I really don’t care what they have done in the past as long as they do the job, their personal life is theirs.
If you remember President Clinton had relations with a woman outside of his marriage. Bush told a lot of lies during 9/11 Obama had his birth certificate scandal Donald Trump had fake dossiers written about him and the Russia Russia Russia hoax. And of course, Joe Biden. The most recent, and definitely won’t be the last. But with all the information coming out it puts him as the worst of all of them. He will sadly go down in history as arguably the worst president ever.
But it always seems to be that the politicians at the top get away with those lies and are never brought to accountability for the lies that they have perpetrated, or the scandals that they cover up.
Some of these lies are so horrendous that if a normal everyday person were to perpetrate such lies, they would be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law immediately, and even some of the most minor lies would Garner them a prison sentence.
“LAWS”
The thing that makes these lies so horrible, even more demonstrable than the original horrific nature of some of the lies, is that some of these same politicians who do all of the lying are the ones who also write, debate over, and make our laws.
So the politicians make a law that says there’s certain things that you cannot do but they make those laws to cover up the things that they’ve already done and to prosecute you for doing the same. They use those laws to shift the blame to someone else with a high rate of success.
Let me lay out an example for you. The BLM riots, and yes make no mistake they were riots, they were not protests.
Compared to the January 6th’ers.
Willful destruction of private or government property is illegal. Arson is illegal, assault is illegal, murder is illegal. And yet all of those things happened across multiple cities throughout America during the BLM riots. And only a handful of people were arrested for those crimes and most of them were released.
January 6th’ers a protest that was brought about with permission given to the leaders of the protest, by the so-called precious government who can do no wrong. The protest leaders even had permits given to them by government officials, to have the protests.
These protesters were attacked by Capital police with tear gas rubber bullets and dispersal grenades.
Though I do not condone a lot of the things that happened on that day, the only thing I know for sure is that no officers were killed on that day but over 1500 people were arrested after the fact, put into a prison and treated like the worst criminals on the planet and about 40% of those people arrested, and prosecuted, roughly 600 of them we’re not even at the Capitol that day.
And all of the news outlets failed to tell the citizens that the officers that were killed were not killed on January 6th at the protest as a matter of fact none of them were killed. There were suicides by some officers and a couple who died of natural causes after January 6th in a completely different location.
But there was a person murdered, and one person was accidentally killed, do you recall the name of Ashley Babbitt.
Ashley Babbitt was a citizen of this great country and a veteran. That’s is just an example of lies and politicians committing those lies to cover up all of the things that they do and yet saying that one side or the other, whoever happens to be their opponent at the time, committed those Acts and every one else is lying about it.
It’s like watching two grade schoolers blaming each other for being the one who took the blue crayon.
You have a politician telling their constituents to attack the other side’s constituents and tell them that they’re not welcome here and to push them out.
You have one side telling their constituents that they’re afraid that their opponent is going to weaponize the justice system and arrest them all.
You have these politicians saying those things and telling those lies just 10 minutes after they’ve committed the things that they say the other side is going to do.
Again I say one side over the last many many years are the ones who have been doing, or committing these acts, and lying about them.
They do this to make sure that you still believe them, that you still take their side and vote for them, using the legacy Media to push those same lies out to the population. Because God forbid we have our own thoughts, and our own beliefs. and God forbid that we vote with our conscience.
I don’t care who is in office, especially when it comes to the president. If the president is in office and he is being lied about or persecuted for nothing I would stand up for that President as well, whether it be Democrat or Republican.
Make no mistake, regardless of my political views or which side I stand on, no one, and I mean no one, should ever be treated the way that this president has been treated. No human being should be put through what he has been put through.
With all of the stuff that’s coming out now about the last administration, from the covid LIES, misrepresentation of party lines, the law, and deflection of responsibility for crimes committed, you would imagine that the population of the United States would see the lies for what they are and not fall so easily into a world of fantasy. where boys can be girls, girls can be boys and no matter what Donald Trump is evil. That world does not exist the fantasies have to end .
I believe that every American wants to have their country be great, and I believe that every American has their own opinion about what makes that country great, but somewhere down the line we have to come together in the middle, work together to make our country, and keep our country great, and to get out of the fantasy world.
Let’s face reality, stand up to the beast that we ourselves created, and remind that monster called government, who they work for.
We need to teach our children and the next generations to come, Old school values. Raise them up to be kind to each other, put in a fear of God and a belief that there’s something more out there then the social media life. We need to stop letting the children be in charge of our country we need to start holding politicians on both sides accountable for lies and corruption and we need to take our country back.
I believe we’re on the right track now I just hope that no matter who is the next president, they carry on with the things that are being done right now because those things are working .

What really burns me
I believe that I have a unique perspective on this executive order that was signed into law by President Trump stating that all truck drivers have to have a firm grasp on the English language Read write and speak.
I have a unique perspective as I am a truck driver, owner operator, with my own business, and I see everyday now, that this type of executive order should have been implemented long ago.
I’ll put this in a perspective that might make all of you understand why this is a good thing. I drove truck overseas and no not just for the military I drove in Germany and all around Europe from Italy all the way up to Ireland Scotland and England and I did so with a German CDL.
After I got out of the military I took what was called a European out I was an expat. When I got out I decided that I wanted to go and drive a semi which was one of the best things I’ve ever done but to do that in Germany, guess what I have to do, I have to speak read and write German I have to understand the language I have to understand The road signs other drivers and the laws and I have to understand them in German. I had to take the driving test in German I had to also learn something that’s called hochedeutsch which is a higher form of German lovingly referred to as business German. That way when I communicated with shippers and receivers I would have a higher understanding of the language and know more business German to be able to do the job correctly.
But that is something we don’t have here in America we do not force people that come here to this country to speak English, we used to, but that was for those who were trying to become citizens. Now you don’t have to do that anymore if you don’t believe me just look at the over 15 million illegal immigrants that don’t speak English.
I don’t know if you knew this but in New York City and many other cities across America you can take the driving test in multiple different languages languages such as Spanish Korean Farsi Chinese and many others. Taking the test in your own language defeats the purpose of having a driving test if you can’t read the signs or speak to anyone in English What are you going to do when there’s an emergency involving yourself or how about what are you going to say to the EMS or police when something goes wrong on the road What are you going to say when someone dies because you couldn’t read a sign and just happened to go down the wrong road and have a head on collision with someone?
I used to see it sporadically but now I see it almost daily where some driver is at a shipper or receiver holding out their phone with a translating app talking to the shipper or receiver. And it’s all fine and good You have a translator there but the time that it takes that to translate a conversation back and forth could be the time necessary to save someone’s life or the time necessary for you to be able to read a sign and stop from going down the wrong road and causing an accident or God forbid something worse.
President Trump has given the FMCSA (Federal motor Carrier safety administration). 60 days to find these folks who don’t speak the English language with enough fluency to hold a CDL and revoke their license and I 100% agree.
If you go to a foreign country for any length of time longer than a vacation You are made to learn their language, speak read and write it. And out of respect you should That’s the problem here is the people that come here don’t have any respect for us for our language and for the families and people traveling our highways.
I hope that President Trump cracks down on them and makes sure that the FMCSA actually goes out there and starts pulling licenses if you don’t speak the language if you can’t read the signs you can’t write down any information You don’t deserve a CDL there are times when you receive a bill of lading that you have to be able to read it and follow the instructions on it or you could get violated and lose your license anyway.
To the states That give the licenses out if they don’t speak English they don’t get to take the test. give it to them in English and only English no second languages no third languages this is an English-speaking country and we should be demanding English speaking drivers both car and semi trucks

Auto parts stores. Fraud? Scam?
the “CORE” of the problem.
This is “what really burns me”.
If You have ever leased or currently Make monthly payments for, or own outright a vehicle, then You have been through this, most likely, multiple times. Especially if you do a lot of your own repairs.
If you haven’t guessed it already I’m talking about CORE charges.
That is the added extra charge that can make your bill go from the cost of the part, which is exorbitantly high in this day and age, to a price that is, for some, unaffordable at the moment. But no worries It comes with the promise of reimbursement for total cost of the core which is for those that don’t know, The part that is being replaced or the damaged part.
All auto parts stores do this You buy a new part to replace one that is damaged, but you have to return the damaged part to the store Where you bought the new one to get your money back. On what is called a core charge.
So they want you to bring a damaged part to the store where you buy the new one but they charge you money before you bring it back and they promise you a reimbursement as an incentive to bring them the broken part.
This used to be something that I had no issues with until I did a little bit of digging. This core charge has been going on for a long time. Even before you could buy used, reworked, remanned, or refurbished, parts from the store.
It had always been something that you would have to buy from a junkyard if you wanted a used part, which of course has restrictions by the government that state certain parts can not be reused regardless of how good of a condition they were in.
What the auto parts companies were doing, was taking those cores, reworking or rebuilding them, whatever was necessary to put them into a good condition of usability and reselling them at close to full price.
After a long time they started to sell these parts for a little bit less money and they would call them remanned or rebuilt or refurbished, and the stores themselves would sell them.
People would buy those parts to save a little bit of money because they did cost less than brand new parts.
Here’s the problem, if a person owns something then that person owns every single part of that something. As in vehicles if I own a vehicle then I own every part of that vehicle, broken or otherwise.
So to charge me a core charge, regardless if I’m going to be reimbursed or not, is not something that should be automatic or forced.
The auto parts stores will automatically put that into your bill of sale charge you automatically and if you say no that you’re not going to pay a core charge, then they will not sell you the new part until you’re willing to pay the core charge, or basically a promise (by monetary force), And in that way they are forcing you to bring them that part that is broken. And yes I know you’re saying that “they are going to reimburse you” which is true if that always happens.
So they force you to bring back that part and usually about 70% of the time you will get your reimbursement. The rest does not happen. I myself have spent months even a year or more waiting for a reimbursement, on one part, and I’ve never received it but I digress.
They force you to bring them that broken part so they can fix it and resell it.
But now things are changing and a lot of the auto parts stores will not sell the reworked or refurbished parts but they still want to continue to charge you for the core.
Now here’s the fun part they no longer sell the refurbished parts, but still charge you for a core, and expect you to bring that core back or lose that money. And they still refurbish the parts but they package and sell them as brand new.
And I know you’re not going to believe that but it’s happening in the trucking industry and it’s starting to happen with regular vehicles.
So you say, “what if a person doesn’t want to pay the core charge”? then you will not be able to buy the new part and if you don’t bring back the core of course you lose that extra money that you pay on the original sale. And with some parts, the core charge is almost as much as the new parts charge, up to 90%.
So you’ll pay almost double for one new part because you decide you want to keep the broken part. maybe reuse it, repair it yourself and put it in another vehicle, or for any other reason you so desire.
It is your part, right?
Then that comes down to the auto industry itself and those who make these parts. They make things harder and harder to fix on your own because they would lose money. Auto mechanics and shops would lose money, and then the dealerships mechanics, and shops would lose a fortune.
So the harder it is for you to fix on your own the better for them therefore they still charge core charges, to manipulate that part from you, so you don’t try to fix it yourself and they resell it as a new part. They almost double their money because they’re selling a part twice and you lose almost double your money on the price of a new part because, if you refuse to bring back the core, which you own, You get no reimbursement.
I think the auto industry and the auto parts industry make more than enough money in this world than to have to turn around and force us to give them money for a used or damaged part so they can refurbish it and then resell it.
I’m sorry if I own it I will only give it to you if I choose to, and not because you try to manipulate me. It is my property therefore I do not have to give you any part of it. And you will not charge me money, as a so-called “incentive” to bring back something that I own and give it to you for free. Because that’s what it is, after you reimburse me my money for the piece of property that I own. You’re still taking that core that means it’s a free part for you to fix and resell.
I may be making this harder for myself to buy new parts but I will never ever pay a court charge again until they start selling, in the store, reworked parts, labeled as such, not reworked parts selling them as new while still taking the core which is still your property to continue that cycle

Fostoria Councilwoman Mendoza Launches ‘Convos With Council’ for Public Engagement
FOSTORIA – Amy Mendoza, Ward 1 councilwoman and public affairs committee chair, has maintained communication with the public via social media. Currently, Mendoza is the only member of Fostoria City Government actively engaging with people on Facebook.
The launch of a quarterly informal meeting with council members is a major step forward in ensuring accountability.
Amy Mendoza was unanimously appointed to serve a 4-year term as the Ward 1 city councilperson commencing January 2022.
She has lived in Fostoria her entire adulthood. Amy married her high school sweetheart and together, they have raised their family here. The majority of both their extended families live in Fostoria as well. Councilperson Mendoza has lived in Ward 1 since 2007 and has no intentions of ever moving. Fostoria is her home.
Amy works full-time as the Youth Defense Administrator/Intake Specialist at Hancock County Public Defender’s Office where she has been employed for the past 13 years. She helps indigent clients who are often facing difficult situations with emotional outcomes through empathy, caring, and leading.
Amy has a Notary Public Commission and received a Certificate for Administration and Certificate of Completion for Workforce and Community Services through Owens Community College. During the May 21st Fostoria City Council meeting, concerned citizen & business owner Jill Filliator raises concerns about financial transparency.
-Fostoria under-budgeted the splash pad by nearly 100%
-Fostoria Vision 2020 Inc. refused to provide financial public records.

I have found the following to be true:
1. Zach/Scanner Media is performing some of the normal duties of a city
public relations officer.
2. There are *no* clear and official/written duties for Zach.
3. The volunteer runs a news & media website and has 30,000 Facebook
followers, and 11K YouTube followers.
4. The volunteer has access to the City YouTube Account
5. The volunteer profits from "Scanner Media"s YouTube account. (seeattached)
6. The volunteer=E2=80=99s public duties benefits the online image of Scanner Media.
7. The volunteer is receiving special treatment as a media company- with
camera angle privileges during meetings that other reporters do not
receive.
8. The volunteer discriminated against interviewing mayoral candidate
Shaffer prior to the last election.
A. What date Will the city go on record that Zach begin conducting
duties for the city?
1. If he was acting on behalf of the city for anything during
election season- It is my understanding that there are potential civil
rights violations. This is in regards to choosing to only interview the
current mayor and not his candidate.
Has the city discussed the potential risks that this situation poses to the
City of Fostoria? Why is the City maintaining a relationship that poses a
clear conflict of interest? Is Zach subjected to Public Record requests?
Considering the lack of written duties there is 0% transparency on the
relationship between the City & Scanner Media/Zach. There are also no
official guidelines delineating the boundaries of duties.
I would like to request at a bare *minimum *that a document is created to
clarify in detail: duties, responsibilities, and admin access privileges
for City online accounts.
Before retaining an attorney I am reaching out to give the City an
opportunity to thoroughly examine all risks & declare all conflicts of
interest in written form.
