Tiffin City Schools Appoints Greg Williamson as Interim Superintendent

TIFFIN — The Tiffin City School District has selected Greg Williamson to serve as interim superintendent, following a decision by the Board of Education at a special meeting on Monday afternoon.
Williamson was appointed on Dec. 22 and will take on the position from Feb. 1 through July 31, 2026, as stated in a district release. He is stepping down from his role as superintendent at Leipsic Local Schools, a position he has held since August 2012.
With extensive experience in educational administration, Williamson previously served in leadership positions at Findlay High School, McComb High School, and Glenwood Middle School in Findlay. His career in education started as a teacher at Old Fort High School.
Originally from Bettsville, Williamson is the father of two grown children. District leaders expressed enthusiasm for his guidance during this transitional phase, while the search for a permanent superintendent proceeds.
The appointment was made public by Board President Larry J. Kisabeth.
