Years of False Advertising, Clark Gas Station Is In Violation of State & Federal Law
FOSTORIA Clark Gas Station located at 600 N. Countyline St. has been selling an unknown brand of gasoline while advertising the Sunoco brand. I reached out to Sunoco Corporate Office on May 14th 2025- they confirmed that this gas station is NOT Sunoco gas.
The tarp that once covered the logo keeping the gas station in compliance has been rotting away over the last 12 months.
