FINDLAY, Ohio — A Findlay family says their night at the Cops & Kids Findlay Halloween Parade on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2026, was spoiled when a person in a plain white mask showed up along the parade route. The parade, organized by Fort Findlay FOP Lodge 20, started at 7 p.m. on South Main Street.

According to a post and comments in the Facebook group “Findlay, Ohio: Neighbors Helping Neighbors,” the person was seen leaning over a metal barricade near the crowd. Residents described him as wearing a white mask with his shirt open and chains hanging from him. They said it frightened members of the family. The poster said the masked person was in the parade and asked what company he was with. His entry is unknown.
