The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction gave Seneca County’s PIVOT Recovery Program, a specialty drug court that includes the Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court, $190,000 for treatment and recovery services.
Fostoria City Council voted Oct. 6 to prohibit feeding waterfowl, citing complaints about droppings on reservoir walking paths, and approved emergency services agreements and a grant application for a McDougal Street waterline.
Climavision installed an X-band Doppler radar on Arcadia’s water tower on Oct. 14. Officials say the radar has a 60-mile range, costs the community nothing and should start operating after 30 to 45 days of testing.
