Families Pack Fostoria Elementary for Parent Lighthouse Team’s Annual Kiss Dance

The Fostoria Elementary Parent Lighthouse Team recently drew a crowd of more than 700 students and parents for its annual Kiss Dance, an evening of dinner, dancing, and family activities that many consider a highlight of the school year. Funded through the group’s ongoing fundraising efforts, the event underscored how community support helps create memorable experiences for children beyond the classroom. Throughout the night, a packed dance floor and plenty of laughter reflected the strong bond between families, staff, and Fostoria City Schools, aligning with the Parent Lighthouse Team’s mission to build a positive, connected school environment.
