Barry R. Hickle, 73, of Findlay, Ohio passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay, Ohio.

Barry R. Hickle, 73, of Findlay, Ohio passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay, Ohio. He was born August 11, 1952 in Fostoria, Ohio to James R. & Ethel (Keckler) Hickle. He married Karen Cook and they later divorced.

He is survived by sons Barry “Adam” Hickle & Nicholas (Heather Traucht) Hickle, sisters Brenda (Willard) Hay & Beth (Michael) Cofer, grandchildren

Sadie Parker, Elijah & Briana Hickle, 4 great grandchildren & long-time friend Jerry “Gibby” Gibson.

Barry is preceded in death by his parents & his significant other for many years Catherine A. Schiltz.

Barry was a 1970 graduate of Fostoria High School & worked at Gray Printing in Fostoria. Barry enjoyed mushroom & coon hunting, golfing & fishing. He owned several properties in the area. He was a fan of NASCAR & loved to sit around a fire with friends.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at the Fountain Cemetery Veterans Chapel at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Robin Kapostasy officiating.

Burial will be at Fountain Cemetery, Fostoria, Ohio.
