Most dates come from the City of Fostoria’s events calendar, Kaubisch Memorial Public Library’s calendar, Seneca County District Parks and the Fostoria Area Chamber of Commerce. Plans can change, especially for outdoor events, so check with the organizer before you go.

Nearby, Bettsville’s trick-or-treat is also 5:30 to 7 p.m. Oct. 31, according to Destination Seneca County. Trick-or-treat ends after dark, so add reflective tape or a flashlight to costumes.
