Findlay Man Booked into Hancock County Justice Center on Strangulation Charge
FINDLAY, Ohio — A Findlay man has been booked into the Hancock County Justice Center on a felony strangulation charge following his arrest by the Findlay Police Department on January 30, 2026.
According to jail records, 23‑year‑old Noah Robert Welsh was booked at approximately 3:50 p.m. on one count of “Strangulation – Risk of Harm to Family Member,” a fourth‑degree felony. No bond amount was listed as of Friday evening, and the case is classified as a fresh charge with sentencing and court dates still to be determined.
