Judy K Russell, 85, of Fostoria Ohio passed away Sunday, February 22, 2026 at her home surrounded by loved ones.

Judy K Russell, 85, of Fostoria Ohio passed away Sunday, February 22, 2026 at her home surrounded by loved ones. She was born June 26, 1940 in Fostoria, Ohio to Charles E & Mildred (Daugherty) Shultz. She married the love of her life Leonard Russell June 7, 1969 in Bowling Green, Ohio. He preceded her in death, May 10, 2010.

She is survived by sons Charles (Joyce) Russell, David Russell, both of Bay City Michigan, Robert Russell of Lancaster, South Carolina, daughters, Tina Smith of Tiffin and Karen (Mark) Dunn of Fostoria. She was also blessed with 21 grandchildren, 54 great grandchildren and 17 great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Leonard, her brother’s Donald and Franklin Shultz and sisters, Lois Shultz, Lucille Bradford, Mary Bragg and Jo Keckler. Also daughter Carol Fry and daughter- in-law Lori and son-in-law Lloyd Smith. Three grandchildren

Judy was a 1959 graduate of Fostoria High School and retired from Honeywell in 1997. She was a member of The Old Time Church in Bradner, Ohio. Judy had taught sunday school and was a campfire leader over the years.

She was a beautiful soul inside and out. She was an inspiration to many and touched many lives. Judy was not afraid to profess the love of the Jesus Christ, and share her testimony of His healing, grace and mercy.

There will be no services. Local arrangements were handled by Harrold-Floriana funeral home, in Fostoria Ohio.
