Anthony “Tony” King, 75, of Fostoria, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2026 at ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital with his wife by his side.

Anthony “Tony” King, 75, of Fostoria, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2026 at ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital with his wife by his side.
He was born on December 24, 1950 in Jellico, Tennessee to the late Edward and Isabella (Brady) King. He married Melanie Shultz on April 29, 2000 in Fostoria and she survives.
Also surviving is a son, Anthony James Douglas King; step-son, Joshua (Maria) Shultz, grandchildren, Brooklyn King, Aubrianna Shultz, and Jade Shultz; brothers, Russell King, William (Carolyn) King, Stanley King and Paul (Pam) King; and two sisters, Linda Perrine and LouAnn Neller. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Lorraine Livers and Wanda Hall.
Tony retired from General Dynamics in 2006 after 33 years of service. He was a “wrench monkey”, always in the garage tinkering with cars. He was known to fix any car and loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Tony had a very strong faith in God and would read his bible every day. Tony was committed to his daily devotions.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Trinity Chapel 252 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, OH 44830 with Pastor Mark Self presiding.
