FOSTORIA | Mayor Don Mennel’s Company Mennel Milling completed a massive ⚠️ warehouse expansion in Fostoria aprox. 800,000 Sqft. While his splash pad idea misses mid June 2026 completion target. Remember, a few months ago Don Mennel had to ask City Council for an additional $550,000+ to fund the splash pad do to his negligent planning.
