WOOD COUNTY, Ohio — UPDATE: The Wood County Sheriff’s Office announced Thursday it regained control of its Facebook page Thursday morning after the account was briefly compromised.

Sheriff Mark Wasylyshyn said that Meta assisted in restoring the page and that detectives are currently investigating the source of the breach.
